Thank you for using Evo Wellness. We’re committed to helping you build healthy eating habits through personalized meal planning. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help, subject to the terms outlined below.
1. Money-Back Guarantee Rules
In addition to any rights available under applicable law, if you purchased your subscription directly through our website and were presented with a money-back guarantee at checkout, you may be eligible for a refund if you did not achieve results with our program, provided that all the following conditions are met:
- You contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase and before your subscription ends;
- You have actively used the Service for:
- At least 7 consecutive days within the first 30 days (for monthly or longer subscriptions), or
- At least 5 consecutive days within the first 28 days (for 4-week subscriptions), or
- At least 3 consecutive days within the first 7 days (for weekly or biweekly subscriptions);
- You are able to demonstrate your usage as described in the section below.
We will review your request and notify you by email whether your refund request has been approved.
How to Demonstrate Service Usage
To qualify for a refund under the Money-Back Guarantee, please submit screenshots from the Evo Wellness website showing that you have:
- Opened and viewed at least 5 meals from your meal plan,
- AND cooked at least 3 meals from your meal plan.
Qualifying interactions include:
- Reviewing your personalized meal plan for the day
- Using the grocery list feature
- Viewing meals
❗Please note: Refunds will only be granted if all above requirements are met. The money-back guarantee does not apply in any other case.
2. General Refund Rules
We strive to deliver great value and take customer satisfaction seriously. However, if you are not happy with our service, refunds are generally only available under the Money-Back Guarantee described above or where otherwise required by law.
If you do not meet the conditions of the Money-Back Guarantee, your payment is non-refundable.
Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion.
Refund requests must be submitted during the active subscription period. We are unable to issue refunds after your subscription has expired.
3. Special Notices
California and Connecticut Residents
If you reside in California or Connecticut and cancel your purchase within three business days, you are entitled to a full refund.
EU / EEA / Swiss Customers
If you are located in the EEA or Switzerland, you have the legal right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of entering it. However:
- When you purchase digital content that begins immediately (such as meal plans or grocery lists), you lose your withdrawal right.
- For subscription-based services, by starting the service immediately, you agree to partial performance. If you later cancel, we may deduct a proportionate amount based on your usage before cancellation.
Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal
If you wish to withdraw from your contract within the applicable 14-day period, you must notify us with a clear statement (e.g., an email or letter). You may use the following template:
